You'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving our internal IT systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, 1Password, Goodday, and HubSpot.
- Providing technical support to team members and assisting with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
- Managing IT equipment, keeping the inventory up to date, and ensuring all employees have the necessary tools to work efficiently.
- Implementing and overseeing security measures, including 2FA and password policies, to safeguard company data.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with security policies.
- Assisting with IT process automation and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with various departments to understand IT needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Creating and maintaining IT security processes to align with industry standards and best practices.
Must-haves:
- Proven experience in IT administration, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and other cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, including 2FA and password management policies.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience in IT security process building.
- Great communication skills, kindness, and non-violent communication are standard in our company.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A mindset of thinking outside the box, being willing to try new things and continuously learning (we have a special budget beyond your salary just for that!)
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of ISO27001 certification is a huge plus.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data protection principles.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Previous experience working in a remote-only environment.

Within 3 Months, You’ll:
- Become familiar with our IT infrastructure and support processes.
- Provide first-line IT support to team members and troubleshoot common issues independently.
- Assist in improving internal documentation and IT procedures.
- Gain ownership of the IT inventory management process.
Within 6 Months, You’ll:
- Take ownership of key IT systems and processes.
- Implement improvements in IT security and operational efficiency.
- Lead small-scale IT projects aimed at optimizing internal workflows.
- Proactively identify and address potential IT risks.
