You will join Danone IT & Data as a Travel & Expenses Squad Product Ownerand you will focus primarily on:
Continuous Improvement: Actively seeking feedback from Global / Extension PO and team members to identify areas for improvement
Acceptance Criteria Definition: Providing clear guidelines for when a requirement is considered complete and ready for release
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact the success of the Squad
Aligning with Global / Extension PO on the product vision and strategy
Plan and Review: Planning the work to be done with the squad members and demonstrate the completed work to stakeholders
Backlog Management: Maintaining and prioritizing the Squad backlog within the allocated scope
Requirement Gathering and Refinement: Working closely with Global / Extension Product Owner to gather and refine requirements
Release Planning and Road-mapping: Collaborating with the squad members and Global / Extension Product Owner to plan and prioritize releases
requirements-expected :
Several years of relevant experience in T&A area, in a matrix organization, with regional/global exposure
Experience in working with Concur - good to have
Deep understanding of the customers needs and the vision of the product to be developed
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Fluent English is a must
