The Global IT D2D department is looking for a Senior Product Analyst Procure to Pay.
The IT & Data D2D team at Danone is dedicated to supporting the company’s 2030 goals through technology and data. As part of this mission, the Senior Product Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and transforming P2P processes, supporting digital initiatives, and enabling business value through data-driven insights.
You will join a dynamic team who contribute to the transformation of business processes and the organization. Within this team, you will be involved in many kinds of missions’ process optimization and harmonization, study, project, deployment of Danone IT&Data Standard, stabilization, support, extension of CORE model, business case support. We are constantly increasing our perimeter deploying new companies and improving our existing tools and methodology.
responsibilities :
Product Analysis & Roadmap Support:
Collaborate with Product Owner to define and refine P2P product vision, objectives, and backlog
Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams
Data & Process Insights:
Conduct deep-dive analysis on procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
Support KPI definition and performance tracking for P2P processes
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between procurement teams, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new tools and processes
Digital Enablement:
Contribute to initiatives such as SAP/Coupa enhancements, and other digital procurement solutions
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
Continuous Improvement:
Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize user experience and operational efficiency
requirements-expected :
Proven experience with SAP MM (ECC) including configuration and specification for ABAP changes, with exposure to FI-CO and SD modules and integration (EDI, API)
Several years of experience around the purchasing area (sourcing, spend/savings management, contracting, MRP, PR2PO, GRs, invoicing, SRM) and in translating business requirements into IT action plan and solutions
Experience in digital transformation projects within procurement or supply chain
Exposure to global environments and cross-functional collaboration
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-centric ways of working
Exposure to supply chain and intercompany processes (nice to have)
Knowledge of SAP BTP and non-SAP Procurement applications and technologies (eg: Coupa, Zycus, etc)
Familiar with project methodology, animation of issue list, formalization of your work
Leadership in transversal situations, non-hierarchical management skills, customer oriented, team spirit
