Driving deployment of Wave 1, Wave 2 and Wave 3 in Europe with several clusters (Poland, DACH, IBERIA, Benelux, Italy, France & CEE) and of CFIN + BIIMP programs on operations stream
Managing project risks and ensuring delivery on time and on budget
Ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently
Managing the project build methodology (Agile)
Ensuring respect of Core Model with a strong connection with the design authority
Managing different external partners (integrator, vendor, run teams...)
Being accountable of CFIN & BIIMP delivery and the main IT & Data partner (being single point of contact for Finance)

You have strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
You have excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
You hold proven experience in managing complex IT projects in the implementation of EPM systems
You have strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
You understand financial processes and the intersection of IT solutions with finance operations
You have knowledge of finance operations (as a plus)
You are able to communicate effectively with Finance and Business stakeholders
You are proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
You can ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of the stream
You are familiar with EPM software and related technologies (Tagetik is a plus)
You understand data management and integration
