Danone is undergoing an HR Digital Transformation to fully digitize the Employee Lifecycle and enhance Employee Experience. We are strengthening our technical foundation for future digital ambitions, including the Talent Intelligent Hub.

We seek an IT HR Tech Expert with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central (Core HR) module. Additional knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is beneficial.

The candidate will oversee the technical IT aspects of SuccessFactors for 100,000 employees globally, ensuring excellence in configuration, especially in CoreHR. This role involves collaboration with IT HR product owners, technical consultants, and HR business stakeholders. Advanced communication skills, innovation, and proficiency in Agile methodologies are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical deployment excellence in SuccessFactors, including configuration, maintenance, and documentation.
• Advise product owners on technical deployment orientations and possibilities.
• Influence design decisions based on SuccessFactors best practices.
• Conduct technology watch on HR Tech and IT innovation topics.
• Manage a team of technical consultants.
• Work in an agile manner on support maintenance and project deployment.

About You

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS topics.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and its modules.
• Proven experience in various HRIS implementation projects (SuccessFactors).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong team and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
