Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS topics.
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and its modules.
Proven experience in various HRIS implementation projects (SuccessFactors).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong team and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in English.
