Resolve Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & Software Engineering (SWE) related IT service requests & incident reports (tickets).
Support and manage application upgrades. Configure, customize and deploy client and server software packages.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)s & application roll-out/go live activities.
Manage and provide respective software licenses on license server environment.
Manage the development and enhancements of ALM/SWE Platforms in close cooperation with other IT Build and Service Management teams.
Establish effective and efficient processes to deliver projects that meet business requirements, leveraging global structures, shared services and strategic partnerships. Work, collaborate and enable external service providers where applicable.
Build and maintain relations with strategic partners for software development in areas of responsibility. Work with the software vendors of existing simulation tools on upcoming enhancements.
Drive the continuous improvement process and ensure compliance in area of responsibility.
Application User Management according to Audit requirements.

requirements-expected :

IT professional with experience or interest in Engineering applications in the Automotive Industry.
Knowledge of Business ALM/SWE processes, the global IT infrastructure, the used architecture and applications including: PTC RV&S (Integrity) IM & SI, Cameo System Modeler, Rhapsody, Vector, ReqMan, Agosense Symphony, Codebeamer, Itemis Yakindu, MXAM, Canoe and various other SWE tools.
Installation/maintenance of applications on Linux & Windows system platforms.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum & Waterfall project methodologies for development activities.
Skills with Python, Javascript, Azure DevOps, J2EE, SQL queries, compilers and/or related tools.
Lean Startup mindset for Modern IT (Mobile first and Cloud first).
Leverage technology partners eco-system e.g. PTC, Microsoft,, and other ALM & SWE vendors.
Very good English.
