This hybrid role combines IT Administration, IT Project Management, and Business Analysis. IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain, optimize, and secure the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
Network Administration: Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security solutions to ensure smooth and secure communication.
IT Support & Maintenance: Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Implement and monitor security protocols, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity.
Software & Licensing Management: Ensure proper licensing and compliance for enterprise software applications and tools.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend technological enhancements to optimize operations and customer experience.
Project Management: Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and timelines.
Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and third-party providers to align technical solutions with business goals.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external technology partners, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
Call Center & Claims Automation: Enhance IVR, call center systems, AI-driven automation, and claims management platforms.
Compliance & Security: Ensure IT solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Testing & Deployment: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system rollouts, and post-implementation support.

Bachelors or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT administration, IT project management, and business analysis, preferably in insurance, finance, or customer service industries.
Strong experience in IT infrastructure management, networking, and system administration.
Expertise in Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong understanding of IVR, call center systems, and AI-driven automation.
Proficiency in IT security protocols, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to IT and insurance.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
