We are looking for a people-oriented, team-minded IT Administrator to join our in-house IT Administration team. This is an on-site position based in our Krakow office.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our local IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on networking (routing, security, and monitoring) and cloud-based solutions used across the company , including Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint, and endpoint management systems .
Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and continuously improve the office IT infrastructure, with emphasis on internal network architecture (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki)
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of local and inter-office networks
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment, including Defender (client/server), endpoint protection, and configuration via tools like Intune and Jamf
Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint applications and services
Provide day-to-day IT support to local and remote end users (development and support teams)
Identify technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
Recommend and drive improvements in IT infrastructure and security
Requirements
Strong understanding of networking concepts: topology, configuration, routing, security
Practical experience working with network equipment (Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki)
Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS (workstation management)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint, Intune, or other endpoint protection and management platforms
Experience with endpoint application monitoring and troubleshooting
Scripting skills (powershell or bash)
Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and prioritize tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Hybrid work model from Krakow's Office
Nice to have
Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and domain services
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., KVM or others)
Experience with Linux system administration (preferably Redhat-based distributions)
