As an IT Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company’s IT systems, network infrastructure, and security. You will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and securely, providing technical support to staff and resolving issues promptly. The candidate will have the ability to manage servers, networks and a range of software tools, as well as be a proactive troubleshooter.

responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including VMware servers, Linux and Windows operating systems, network devices.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance, ensuring high availability and security across all systems.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in line with organizational requirements.
Administer and maintain servers, both on-premise and cloud-based.
Manage user accounts and access permissions (Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, etc.).
Implement and maintain data backup and recovery processes to ensure the safety of company data.
Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT issues quickly and effectively.
Document system configurations and processes, keeping all records up to date for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.
Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role (2+ years preferred).
Knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
Experience with IT security practices (firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion detection systems).
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with team members and vendors (including in English - at least B2 level).
Be interested in a long-term cooperation and the development of competences in broadly defined IT administration and infrastructure.
