We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator / 3rd Line Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is vital for maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment in a fast-paced professional services setting with exposure to IT outsourcing models. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to systems support, infrastructure management, and application administration.
responsibilities :
Provide expert-level (3rd level) support and problem resolution for end-users and internal IT teams and collaborate in international IT projects.
Ensure system compliance and baseline security with policies and best practices.
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.).
Configure and maintain the networking environment (switches, firewalls).
Monitor systems and services ensure high availability and performance.
Collaborate with other IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Support internal users in a professional service with a focus on responsiveness and technical accuracy.
Maintain and update technical documentation.
requirements-expected :
Proven hands-on experience of IT system administration in a hybrid On-Premise/Cloud environment.
Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure base technologies such as:
ActiveDirectory/Group Policies.
Virtualization.
Storage and Backup solution.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and security.
Experienced with managing of network devices and firewalls.
Excellent problem-solving skills, hands on mentality and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written) – minimum B2/C1 level.
German language skills are a plus.
Experience supporting professional services or IT outsourcing environments.
Background in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a advantage.
