Tasks:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for regional categories within Europe, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Identify and engage with potential suppliers to secure the best value and quality for procurement needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective sourcing plans
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively address potential disruptions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation and reporting for transparency and audit purposes
• Support sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives across regional categories

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build effective supplier relationships
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess market data and supplier performance
• Knowledge of procurement tools and software, with proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent are desirable
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and organizational priorities
