Your Role And Responsibilities

• Building and delivering IS Risk Assessment Service as part of the Compliance and Risk Assessment Department.
• Responsibility for defining, designing, implementing, and managing security risk assessments and the regulatory compliance assessments.
• Ensuring target achievement in cooperation with customers within the budget.
• Providing service‑management knowledge to the team, vendors, and stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Incident and service improvement management.
• Attending service review, service‑level agreement, and operational‑level agreement meetings.

Qualifications For The Role

• Degree in IT field.
• 10 years of experience in service management and 3+ years of people and vendor management.
• Certificates: CISA and/or CISM, ITIL Foundation, CRISC.
