Experience: 7+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) , providing deep technical and regulatory insights.
Support banking clients in IRRBB framework design, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic advice on risk modelling, stress testing, and ALM (Asset & Liability Management).
Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Support risk technology implementations and data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive experience in IRRBB risk management within banking or consulting.
Strong knowledge of Basel III, EBA guidelines , and local regulatory requirements.
Exposure to risk modelling, stress testing, and ALM tools.
Business analysis (BA) experience is a plus but not mandatory.
