Human Resources and Payroll Operations in MSO, PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You will support and transform the operations of our domestic and international clients by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting‑edge technological solutions across multiple sectors in the region.
Irish Payroll Specialist
- Comprehensive monthly payroll operations processing for an international client.
- Customer service on the Salesforce system.
- Ensuring accurate and timely in‑house payroll processing.
- Preparing statutory reports and payments, monthly reports, and other payroll operations activities.
- Conducting yearly activities, including an end‑to‑end year‑end process and compliance filings.
- Identifying compliance remediations and working around issues.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and handling payroll‑related inquiries efficiently.
- Building and nurturing relationships with the client and delivering world‑class service.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- A university degree.
- 2+ years of experience in operational in‑house Irish payroll processing (more than 1,000 payslips per month).
- Experience with the SAP Payroll module, including a comprehensive scope of payroll transactions processing, reporting, and system issue resolution.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to support escalation resolution.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, strong teamwork skills, and good work organization.
