Overview

We are seeking experienced IRB Audit Consultants at Senior, Expert, and Junior levels to support the lead auditor in assessing retail and non-retail IRB model applications, along with nDoD topics. If you have a strong background in credit risk, model development, validation, and audit processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on audit approach for retail implementation and non-retail IRB model applications.
• Collaborate with the lead auditor and contribute to the assessment of materiality, definitions of default, and model validation.
• Perform desktop reviews, audit testing, and provide recommendations for mitigating actions.
• Engage with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Non-retail IRB audit and data testing advice
• Defining default triggers for retail and non-retail clients.
• Desktop review of non-retail production models.
• Non-retail IRB application and audit testing.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• IRB Change Management: Materiality assessments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Model Development & Validation: Experience with retail and non-retail PD, LGD, and CCF models, including auditing and validation processes.
• Credit Lifecycle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of credit risk management, including default definitions and monitoring requirements.
