The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Office Services Manager, the iProcurement Administrator role is responsible for processing purchases orders and invoices through the corporate tool (iProcurement).
This is a fixed term 21-month opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices through the iProcurement tool for multiple departments and project teams, incl. raising requisitions
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure vendor process has been fulfilled. Escalating roadblocks that may delay contracted payment terms.
- Develop strong working relationships with the Finance team to ensure timely payments to our suppliers
- Manage the OW iProcurement mailbox and respond to user inquiries related to the operation of iProcurement and the processing of invoices for payment
- Provision global access as requested by OW colleagues
- Support all colleagues with vendor inquiries about payment status
- Troubleshoot procurement issues with end users, identify root causes and partner with finance and AP teams to identify sustainable solutions
- Conduct training of the iProcurement tool and process to relevant stakeholders, as well as being the SPOC for questions on the system & process.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable with Finance systems
- Working with online systems and tools.
