Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for IoT/M2M platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and clients to define solution architecture and integration flows.
- Support the design and implementation of IoT/M2M systems, including device connectivity, data flow, and backend processing.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and define KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prepare documentation including user stories, process flows, and test cases.
- Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in IoT, M2M, and smart technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IoT/M2M domains.
- Familiarity with IoT platforms or similar enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong understanding of data integration, API communication, and device management.
- Experience working with telecom, smart city, or industrial automation projects is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

We have an office in Krakow, but remote work is absolutely fine. Over the next few months we plan to continue this arrangement. After that, you decide according to what you prefer. We are OK with fully remote work. You can be located anywhere.
