? For our Client from pharma industry we are looking for iOS Test Engineer – GDPR area – remote in Poland only ?

✔ Description:

We are seeking an experienced iOS Test Engineer to join our Digital Products & Software Engineering team. This role combines both automated and manual testing responsibilities (50/50 split), focusing on iOS applications and the entire ecosystem in which they operate, including backend systems, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams, QA engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards and compliance with GxP quality guidelines and data privacy regulations.

As a Test Engineer, you will balance your time between developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and performing hands-on manual testing activities. You will be expected to create robust, maintainable, and scalable test automation solutions while also conducting exploratory testing, usability testing, and manual test execution. A CRITICAL aspect of this role is comprehensive regulatory and compliance documentation - you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing extensive documentation of all testing activities, test results, test procedures, and compliance evidence. This documentation is essential for regulatory audits, GxP compliance, and maintaining traceability of all testing work. Your work will directly impact product quality, patient safety, and healthcare outcomes, requiring the highest standards of testing excellence, attention to detail, and regulatory compliance.

This position requires working in a heavily regulated environment where attention to detail, compliance with quality standards, and understanding of regulatory requirements are paramount. Documentation is a FUNDAMENTAL and CRITICAL requirement - all testing activities must be thoroughly documented to meet regulatory and audit requirements. You will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

✔ Needed skills and experience:

• 5+ years working with iOS test automation AND manual testing 
• Strong experience in both automated and manual testing methodologies (50/50 split) 
• Experience testing not only iOS applications but also the entire ecosystem including backend systems, APIs, integrations, 
• Experience from OR knowledge of how to work in a heavily regulated environment with stringent compliance requirements, such as GxP quality guidelines and regulations applied in the pharmaceutical industry 
• Extensive knowledge of Selenium, and/or other automated testing tools 
• Strong manual testing skills including test case design, execution, and defect reporting 
• Experience with exploratory testing and usability testing 
• Understanding of Swagger and other API documenting solutions, Postman 
• Experience with end-to-end testing across mobile applications and backend systems 
• Knowledge of backend testing, database testing, and integration testing 
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools for web and mobile development 
• Experience with test management tools (ADO or similar)
  
   
• EXTENSIVE experience with regulatory and compliance documentation in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, etc.) 
• Strong documentation skills 
• Ability to in English (both verbal and written) 

✔ Desired skills:

• Understanding of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements in the context of testing and data handling 
• Knowledge of secure test data management and anonymization techniques 
• Experience with handling sensitive data in test environments 
• Understanding of data protection requirements when testing applications with personal data 
• Knowledge of secure test environment setup and data isolation 
• Understanding of privacy impact assessments (PIA) in testing context 
• Experience with implementing privacy controls validation in automated tests 
• Knowledge of secure deletion of test data and test environment cleanup procedures 
• Previous experience from Oracle technologies (WebLogic, ExaData) or Temenos Transact products is also beneficial although not must-have to start in the role
