• Define and manage system requirements and architecture across the full product lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance
• Analyze customer specifications and translate them into technical system requirements
• Support design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities
• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system engineering processes and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system engineering or product development
• Complex zonal controller experience (ex drive train or BMS) is added value
• Experience in the railway industry is considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements management, and validation
• Familiarity with tools like DOORS, SysML, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (IEC 61508 and related)
• Experience with embedded systems, electronics, or software integration
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
