HR Generalist w Exide Technologies S. A.

Responsibilities

• Design of mechanical and electrical components as well as the overall system for lithium battery systems
• Preparation of drawings, parts lists and production instructions for the battery systems
• Preparation of design feasibility studies and capacity tests
• Ensuring design approval, revision and filing of technical drawings
• Ongoing optimization of the design processes with a view to quality, time and cost-effectiveness efficiency
• Support for production, application engineering, business development and sales for incoming enquiries

Our Requirements

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable specialisation
• Experience in working with 3D CAD programs (ideally Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD Electrical)
• Several years of professional experience in the production and assembly-orientated design of mechatronic components is an advantage; interested persons with only little professional experience, but who are interested and want to grow into the varied range of tasks are also welcomed
• Ideally, you already have experience in battery technology or the automotive sector
• Knowledge of a programming language is an advantage
• You have a very good command of spoken and written English and Polish (necessary condition)
• German language is a plus
• CV delivered in English is a must
