We are recruiting for the position of Inżynier Jakości w zespole projektowym at the Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów. The new Development Center will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems for passenger cars.

Responsibilities

• Control negotiations and validate the client’s quality specifications.
• Define and manage the project quality plan in line with customer requirements and Valeo’s Continuous Innovation Policy.
• Ensure quality of new products and processes during the design of new projects, collaborating with specialists, production teams, and the quality team.
• Develop and implement quality tools such as Project Quality Plan, Functional Analysis, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, PDCA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, Control Plans, and more.
• Present quality data (samples, measurements, tests, analyses) for milestone validation by Valeo and the client, and for required reports.
• Manage communication with Premium Class customers.
• Participate in project and quality meetings such as problem‑solving sessions, project and process reviews, Genba meetings, etc.
• Participate in customer audits and risk assessment.
• Respond to any project quality deviations in accordance with QRQC principles.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project quality, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Good command of English.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as PDCA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, Control Plans.
• Detail oriented and analytical thinking.
• Customer‑focused attitude.
• Team player personality.
• Stress‑management and problem‑solving skills.
