Your responsibilities

• Supervision of product quality
• Defining the quality requirements for the product and the process;
• Creating and maintaining Control Plans, Checking Instructions;
• Creation of advanced quality planning for all new and change projects, being a project member;
• Supervision over the implementation of customer requirements and monitoring of their fulfillment;
• Responsible for processing customer’s and suppliers complaints;
• Create lessons learned evidence/ sharing process;
• Conducting the part approval process/ initial sampling (PPAP);
• Conducting internal audits (process and quality system);
• Creating and maintaining quality standards;
• Supporting the development of the quality system and documentation in the organization;
• Supporting the employee training process;
• Defining and introducing proper measurement tools;
• Initiate and participate in feasibility studies;
• Quality support for production processes (planning, complaints);
• Regular review and update of assigned documentation;

Our requirements

• Technical knowledge - a must condition,
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, quality management, or business management,
• Professional qualifications in the field of quality management are an additional advantage,
• Experience regarding welding processes,
• Min. 3 years of work experience in quality or related to quality in the production company,
• Knowledge of English, spoken and written - a must condition (German as an advantage),
• Reliability, responsibility, and good organization of own work,
