-Handling quality systems compliant with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards: Conducting and managing internal and external audits
-Quality Management System (QMS) operations: Managing technical documentation and quality
Internal and External Quality Management and Analysis:
-Process optimization through longterm data analysis
-Managing quality processes using Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
-Nonconformity analysis and coordinating 8D responses for customers
-Activities aimed at continuous quality improvement
-Higher education (related to industrial, mechanical, or materials engineering)
-3 years of experience
-English proficiency at a communicative level, enabling work in an international company

-Experience in production/equipment/quality management
-Specialized knowledge in the automotive industry and familiarity with engine-related topics
-Proficiency in quality-related software (e.g., SPC, Minitab)

Our company, established on June 12, 2023, is dedicated to producing motor cores for eco-friendly vehicles. A new production plant is currently under construction in the "Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone" in Brzeg, Opole Province, Poland. The construction is expected to be completed in May 2025, with the facility set to be operational by October 2025. By the end of 2025, installation and production preparations will be finalized, and full-scale production and sales are planned to commence in 2026. The facility will include stamping presses and post-processing automation lines. The company is committed to ensuring a comfortable and safe production environment for its employees.
General Description of the Quality Technology Department
The Quality Technology Organization will operate in three key areas in the long term: Quality Planning, Process Quality, and Production Quality.
This structure will be fully implemented by 2026, once all the required personnel have been hired.
