Could you be the full-time Field Modification Industrial Engineerin Chorzów we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in preparation of product modifications and processes that support our Product Introduction (PI) activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, depots, and suppliers), manage industrialization of modifications, and oversee their validation, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of industrialize modification files for implementation on the various applicable configurations of product in the field (after ex-work) and ensuring compliance with EHS requirements.

Engineering University Degree or equivalent
Experience in product industrialization
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to lead technical meetings in English
Familiarity with rolling stock products and solutions (desirable)
Solid decision-making and critical thinking skills (desirable)
