Requirements:

• Higher technical education in construction
• Professional experience in the construction industry, specifically in facade works
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating construction crews and works on the facade of an office building
• Preparing orders for materials, equipment, and services
• Developing progress reports
• Reporting progress to superiors
• Handling current construction needs
