In your role, as an IR analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Medicover IR function compiling thorough research and analysis of financial data, market trends, and investment, interact with market investors, analysts and promote the Medicover investment opportunity. Support annual report preparation and other reports for investors & shareholders. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to support investment decision-making processes.
- Understand the KPIs drivers and financial dynamics creating and driving value for investors and other stakeholders. Prepare and present the information in a way to easily digest and understandable with clarity and consistency.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting the investor outlook and or business performance.
- Support materials and presentations for investors supporting the investments case and performance and development plans.
- Utilize financial modelling techniques and quantitative analysis to forecast future investment returns, support WACCs for each major market and overall for the Group.
- Understand fully the financial condition and profitability, and all components of the group and its major subsidiaries, new units and be able to communicate clearly what is happening in the Group.
- Building relationships with key people and departments across the Group, M&A, Sustainability, Financial reporting, CEO & CFO.
