As part of our RFP team, you’ll help respond to detailed client questionnaires that showcase our products, people, and investment strategies. These responses are key to winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
You’ll manage RFPs end-to-end, working with large datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and presenting insights clearly. A structured, analytical mindset and a willingness to learn are essential. While deep technical skills aren’t required, being comfortable with data analytics tools will help you deliver faster, more insightful responses.

You will be part of the RFP (Request for Proposals) team with members in Europe, APAC, US and Switzerland. We support sales teams globally. In particular, you will engage with them providing RFP responses on a wide range of investment products. Our team has a direct impact in meeting sales targets and therefore in supporting business growth and client engagement. You will also have exposure to other Sales Management teams, gaining insight into how data, analytics, pricing and market intelligence support strategic decision-making.
Your team is part of Client Coverage within UBS Asset Management. Our business offers industry leading capabilities on a truly global scale. With over 1.8 trillion* in invested assets, we are the third largest Europe-based asset manager and the number 13 firm globally. Client Coverage is the sales organization driving the growth of our business by building relationships with Clients (as of 31 March 2025)
