Investment Performance & Compliance Consultant
Position located in Wrocław, Poland. The role is part of the Fund & Investor Solutions team and is described in the contract title as Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support clients and engage with the commercial aspects of client relationships.
- Interact with institutional investor offices and BNY stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and encourage subscription to additional services.
- Resolve internal and external inquiries related to performance measurement, asset allocation, attribution, risk, and other investment analysis within Global Risk Solutions (Performance & Compliance).
- Manage and execute initiatives and projects independently while providing excellent client service across multiple stakeholders, including client sales, onboarding, migration, and conversion.
- Collaborate with functional groups to address investment data, operational processes, and technical aspects, coordinate resolution of data quality or complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to move flexibly between detailed data discussions and high‑level overviews.
- Strong financial industry knowledge, performance attribution, and experience with tools, query databases, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; SQL and visualization tools are advantageous.
- Expertise in investment and risk analysis and understanding of how institutional investors use advanced investment analysis services.
- Comprehensive understanding of the interaction of investment data, vendor sources, and external investment managers, administrators, consultants, or other service providers.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience (Fund Accounting, Performance or Compliance is advantageous).
- University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent; Master’s degree and certifications such as CFA, CIPM, CAIA, FRM, ACCA, CIMA are preferred.
