Investment Income & Corporate Actions Associate

Responsibilities

• processing and booking corporate action events (dividends, mergers, stock splits, interest payments),
• monitoring and analyzing market information related to securities events,
• performing cash and securities reconciliations to ensure data accuracy,
• collaborating with depositories and international teams on event handling,
• supporting reporting activities and process improvement initiatives within financial operations.

Requirements

• minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, fund accounting, securities, or corporate actions,
• good understanding of the securities lifecycle and basic financial instruments,
• strong command of English (min. C1),
• analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure,
• familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SWIFT, Bloomberg, Clearstream) is a plus,
• availability for on-site work in Wrocław.
