Your role Are you interested in Investment Fund industry? Would you like to join the team of experts, further develop your career, and increase exposure in area of financial products?

We’re looking for an Investment Fund Reporting Specialist to:

• be responsible for day-to-day business-related operations including NAV (net asset value) data reporting, including regular contact with European market publication platforms and various fund’s data vendors
• preparation of other client reports comprising funds performance, key master data, portfolio breakdowns and NAV data
• handling daily business queries (in reference to NAV and master data) from various internal and external stakeholders
• setup of investment funds in product database, including data control execution

Your team Asset Servicing offers a unique opportunity in taking part in our strategic business growth initiative. We are heavily investing in our organization in Poland, while significantly transforming our business. The foreseeable future will be eventful, as we are planning to upgrade our platform, grow substantially in terms of assets under administration as well as by the client base. Several functions in Wroclaw and Krakow, such as Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Valuations, Investment Guidelines Monitoring, Transfer Agency and Project Management will be further developed over the next years. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• overall, at least 1 year of experience in financial, investment fund industry
• proven expertise on investment fund’s reporting requirements (through education and/or previous work experiences in asset servicing company), Master or bachelor degree / higher education in accounting, finance/economics and similar would be an additional asset
• basic understanding of fund reporting area and investment fund’s reference data, experience in analyzing investment vehicles portfolio, performance and investment policy would be a strong asset
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• strong team player who can easily collaborate within the team and with different stakeholders in international environment
