Investment Fund Reporting Associate – Full Time

Overview

Are you interested in the Investment Fund industry? Would you like to join the team of experts, further develop your career, and increase exposure in the area of financial products? We’re looking for an Investment Fund Reporting Associate to be responsible for the tasks below.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of special content related to the reporting process, including fund’s portfolio breakdowns and analysis of product performance versus benchmark performance.
  • Involvement in market data management processes, including compliance (licences for benchmark data usage) and operational (database management) aspects.
  • Preparation of customised client reports and regulatory reports comprising funds performance, key master data, portfolio breakdowns and NAV data.
  • Ad‑hoc business‑related operations, including marketing material preparation (e.g., factsheets).

Asset Servicing offers a unique opportunity to take part in our strategic business growth initiative. We are heavily investing in our organization in Poland while significantly transforming our business. The foreseeable future will be eventful, as we plan to upgrade our platform, grow substantially in terms of assets under administration and by our client base. Several functions in Wroclaw and Krakow, such as Fund Reporting, Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Valuations, Investment Guidelines Monitoring, Transfer Agency and Project Management will be further developed over the next years. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to supporting one another and our business partners. You will work within an international environment and collaborate with colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Qualifications

  • Overall, at least 1 year of experience in the financial, investment fund industry.
  • Proven expertise on investment fund’s reporting requirements (through education and/or previous work experiences in an asset servicing company). A Master or bachelor degree/higher education in accounting, finance/economics and similar would be an additional asset.
  • Basic understanding of fund reporting area and investment fund’s reference data, experience in analysing investment vehicles portfolio, performance and investment policy would be a strong asset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong team player who can easily collaborate within the team and with different stakeholders in an international environment.
