Your role

Are you interested in Investment Fund industry? Would you like to join the team of experts, further develop your career, and increase exposure in area of financial products?

• preparation of special content related to the reporting process, like preparation of fund’s portfolio breakdowns (including analysis of product’s performance vs benchmark’s performance)
• involvement in process of market data management, including compliance (licences for benchmark data usage) and operational (database management) aspects
• preparation of customized client reports and regulatory reports comprising funds performance, key master data, portfolio breakdowns and NAV data
• ad-hoc business-related operations including areas of marketing material’s preparation i.e. Factsheets production

Your team

Asset Servicing offers a unique opportunity in taking part in our strategic business growth initiative. We are heavily investing in our organization in Poland, while significantly transforming our business. The foreseeable future will be eventful, as we are planning to upgrade our platform, grow substantially in terms of assets under administration as well as by the client base.

Several functions in Wroclaw and Krakow, such as Fund Reporting, Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Valuations, Investment Guidelines Monitoring, Transfer Agency and Project Management will be further developed over the next years. As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in delivering relevant outputs for our clients. We are dedicated to support one another and our business partners. You will work within international environment and collaborate with our colleagues in Luxembourg, Switzerland and Ireland on a daily basis. We are looking for a colleague who shares our passion and high standards.

Your expertise

• overall, at least 1 year of experience in financial, investment fund industry
• proven expertise on investment fund’s reporting requirements (through education and/or previous work experiences in asset servicing company), Master or bachelor degree / higher education in accounting, finance/economics and similar would be an additional asset
• basic understanding of fund reporting area and investment fund’s reference data, experience in analyzing investment vehicles portfolio, performance and investment policy would be a strong asset
• outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
• methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• strong team player who can easily collaborate within the team and with different stakeholders in international environment
