Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition @ Allucent

Position Overview
The Investigator Grants Manager is responsible for building the Investigator Grant budget in the Allucent Investigator Grant Tool based on protocol and flowchart of study‑specific procedures. The role works closely with Site Contract Leads and local site contract negotiators, Finance, the investigator payment team, and the Business Development team to produce study‑specific budgets for pre‑award opportunities and awarded projects. The Investigator Grants Manager is a member of the Global Site Contract team within the Study Start‑Up & Site Intelligence unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the country‑specific budget for site budget negotiation using the Investigator Grant tool.
- Prepare budgets including low, median, and high ranges and a ready‑to‑send country site‑facing budget.
- Build budgets with low, median, high, and 90th percentile ranges, considering fair market values.
- Obtain CTL & Medical review and validation of the study and the country‑specific budget before distribution to sites.
- Assist Site Contract Leads in developing Clinical Trial Agreements and Budget Plans (CTABP).
- Coordinate site budget negotiation and support resolution of budget questions with sites.
- Discuss with and obtain approval from Sponsor on country‑specific Investigator grants, including negotiation ranges and escalation requirements.
- Build investigator budgets for proposals.
- Conduct team training on site budget negotiation.
- Obtain Investigator Grants approval from Sponsor.
- Report directly to Site Contract Leads at the project level.
- Liaise extensively with Finance, Investigator Payments, BD, and Operations.
- Communicate with external clients as needed during the budget negotiation process.
- Contribute to other areas of the Allucent business as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Biological Science and a minimum of 5 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Investigator Grant Management.
- Good knowledge of ICH‑GCP.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent command of MS Excel.
- Excellent computer skills with a solid working knowledge of Investigator Grants Tool CTMS systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in budget negotiations and demonstrated ability.
- Excellent time‑management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams required.
- Manage critical projects and drive multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
- Ability to effectively attend and present at internal and external meetings (explain how you built the budget).
