You will be responsible for controlling inventory to ensure its accuracy and support our business partners.
You will do this by leading physical inventory and cycle counts, analyzing count discrepancies and driving process improvements with Operations teams.
You will help ensure the accuracy of our financial statements by reconciling variances between inventory systems.
You will also work with our logistics and warehousing partners to ensure the inventory that they manage is accurately reflected on Dells system.
You will:
Identify the root cause of inventory discrepancies and drive corrective action and process improvement.
Help to assure our financial statements by maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
Perform trend analysis on inventory management and look for resolution to any issues affecting inventory performance.
Collaborate with internal & external partners to manage inventory and ensure policy compliance (supporting our SOX controls).

Advanced written and spoken Polish & English

Graduate degree in operations, logistics, finance, accounting or equivalent experience
