Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:Provide support for equipment purchasing, logistics, and liaising with shipping partnersMaintain inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demandCoordinate shipments with logistics suppliers to ensure timely deliveryCalculate and track lead times, ETA/ETDGenerate monthly shortage reportsAssist in forecasting, managing local inventory, and distributionFacilitate packaging and labeling of dangerous goodsCollaborate with procurement for supply availability and mitigation updatesCreate and manage parts lists and replenishment levelsDevelop processes for forecast modeling and exception managementOversee demand forecasting and regional allocationsCommunicate inventory movement (inbound/outbound) to stakeholdersSupport physical inventory counts as requiredQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse managementDomain Experience in Hardware Operations: Minimum 2 yearsSpreadsheet, stock management, and forecasting familiarityComfort in fast-changing environmentsExperience with any ERP toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels
