Job Description:

Description: The Order Handling team contributes to the timely fulfillment of orders as part of the product group strategy and transport contracts of the Hitachi Group. The responsibility of the order handling team is entering orders, handling them and supervising the fulfilment of the contract.

Your responsibilities:

1. Archiving and collecting a complete set of documentation related to orders
2. Preparing dispatch documentation
3. Generating and sending packaging labels for the packaging supplier
4. Support in collecting and properly documenting WDT sales and export transactions for VAT purposes and timely transfer of documentation
5. Support in other OH duties

Your background:

1. You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later
2. You have basic knowledge of Excel
3. You can communicate effectively in English and Polish (B2)
4. Ability to think analytically and quickly associate facts
5. Good organization of own work
6. Creativity
7. Ability to work in a team
8. You can work from our office in Łódź
