ENDEGO is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, maritime and aerospace industries.

For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for an Intern.

What You Can Expect:

• Comprehensive Introduction: Get to know BOSs corporate culture, structure, and processes as you start your journey with an in-depth orientation.
• Rotation Across Key Departments: Experience hands-on learning in purchasing, production, engineering, and more. Over the course of the program, youll rotate through various departments every three months, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set.
• International Exposure: Embark on 1-2 stays abroad, gaining valuable international experience and intercultural competence.
• Independent Projects: Lead impactful projects that drive BOSs future, with the support of dedicated mentors and technical experts.
• Personalized Development: Present your project results to the management team, receive constructive feedback, and chart a clear path for your future career at BOS.

Requirements

• A completed or nearly finished Bachelors/Masters degree
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or vocational training
• Experience in project work and a passion for innovation
• Fluent English is a must
• German and/or Spanish – nice to have
