Internship Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Drive Internship hiring: candidate screening and interviewing, collecting feedback, finalizing and facilitating the hiring process.
• Work with candidates database
• Create and post Job Descriptions, update information at dedicated resources
• Schedule interviews, greet and assist interviewees
• Cooperate with Internship program stakeholders (Management, Engineering, HR and more)

Our requirements

• 1+ of experience in the full cycle recruitment process (preferably in the Tech field)
• Upper intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving ability
• Productivity working in high-growth environments
• Experience with applicant Tracking System / recruiting software
