International Sales Coordinator

Your responsibilities
- Independently manage and coordinate sales projects – internally and with international clients.
- Maintain daily communication with clients from global markets.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with your own client portfolio.
- Analyze markets, margins, and sales potential to prepare data-driven offers.
- Handle client inquiries and orders from initial contact to final delivery.
- Calculate prices and create offers for new projects and product implementations.
Employer requirements
- Has at least 3 years of experience in sales coordination (preferably in international sales department or trading company).
- Speaks and writes English fluently – daily communication with international clients.
- Is confident in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Is detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, and a strong team player.
- Holds a degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
- Has an interest in technical products.
- Is open to short business trips (~15 days/year, including onboarding in Denmark).
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
