International Projects Manager (RES)
Your responsibilities
- Remote management of a team of international Project Managers and Specialists — setting specific and measurable team and individual goals and ongoing accountability for the results of the subordinate team's work.
- Ongoing supervision of RES projects in several foreign markets and continuous work on optimizing and accelerating permit acquisition processes, in accordance with local specifics and in cooperation with local teams.
- Establishing cooperation with international partners — building and maintaining relationships with local contractors, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Close cooperation with the development team in Poland.
- Managing RES projects from the initial phase to full readiness for construction, in cooperation with foreign partners and the team in Poland.
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RES project development up to and including obtaining building permits and securing financing.
- Management experience in direct, day-to-day team and project management.
- Knowledge of the RES industry, particularly in the development of large PV, wind, and BESS projects.
- Analytical skills — ability to assess markets, projects, and business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with international partners.
- Independence and strong organizational skills — ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
- Initiative and commitment to achieving business objectives.
- Patience and understanding when working with multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel on business trips.
- Fluent English.
- Knowledge of French or Spanish will be an additional asset.
- Experience in remote team management.
- Experience with international projects, especially in African or European markets.
- Knowledge of the RES industry in the field of hydrogen projects.
- Understanding of Data Center projects.
- Knowledge of RES project financing principles and cooperation with financial institutions.

- As International Projects Manager, you will be responsible for managing international RES projects and coordinating the work of an international team of Project Managers and Specialists. Your efforts will support the implementation of Green Capital's strategic development in key foreign markets, from Europe through Africa to Latin America, and contribute to building a portfolio of renewable energy projects on a global scale.
