We currently have an offer for the position of International Medical Communication & Information Associate Director at one of our clients from the healthcare industry.

Oczekujemy

• 8 to 10 years of industry experience (working in medical affairs - pharma/biotech/med tech),
• 5-7 years experience in medical information and medical communication,
• proven ability to perform in-depth medical literature research, analysis, and interpretation to develop medical materials,
• solid track record of multi-project management and execution,
• experience in coordinating medical writing with service providers, internal and external authors
• experience in education of internal teams (e.g. Commercial and Medical teams),
• proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and other IT systems,
• experience with Medical Information management systems,
• experience with VEEVA systemsfor material review and medial information enquiry handling
• ability to travel 10%

Zadania

Medical communications

• acting as medical congress lead in cross-functional congress planning team,
• creation of internal and external Medical Communications materials (including digital and Medical Scientific Liaison materials),
• supporting International advisory boards/International congresses including ,satellite symposia: coordinating event planning and support slide developments,
• execute international medical education and support marketing in accurate, unbiased material development,
• drive proactive publication planning process across international markets,
• serve as certified copyright expert;

Medical Information

• development, implementation, and updates of International medical information content,
• identify process improvements related to medical information and material reviews, develop improvement plans and drive implementation,
• responding to both internal and external medical information requests
• manage escalation of request to experts/global team as required,
• provision of scientific data to brand team for promotional products,
• screening and evaluation of the current scientific literature relevant for the international markets and preparation of literature reviews,
• collaborate with management to implement risk management strategies related to medical information review;
