Salary: 15.000-30.000 PLN gross (contract of employment) or 15.000-30.000 Net+VAT (b2b contract)

The International Business Development Director is responsible for driving the global growth strategy of the company specialized in commodity trading of raw materials. This senior leadership role involves identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading the expansion into international markets. The role requires a deep understanding of global business environments, market dynamics, and cultural nuances, along with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions.
Education: MA degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development in the area of commodity trading of raw materials or a related field. Proven track record of successfully leading market entry and expansion projects in multiple regions. Experience working in diverse cultural environments and managing cross-border teams.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. In-depth understanding of global business trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable in Polish, English and German.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams across different cultures and regions.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time.
