As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive partnerships on a global scale and strengthen our presence in the international market.

As a International Business Development Manager at inStreamly, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What will be your challenges:
- Building and nurturing relationships with international business partners, including brands, marketing agencies, and media companies.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities in global markets.
- Collaborating with team members from different teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts
- Running international campaigns with elements of project management
- Preparing reports for clients about campaign results.
- Staying updated on industry developments and maintaining a deep understanding of inStreamly technology and solutions that we can offer to the clients
We would like you to have:
- At least 2 years experience in collaborating with clients in foreign markets, preferably in the gaming, tech, or marketing industries.
- Good understanding of the marketing and preferably gaming industry
- Proactive attitude and liking challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Polish and English fluency (additional language will be a plus)
- Knowledge of HubSpot (nice to have)

Your manager will be Jan Czerniecki - Head of Sales & Account Management. You will be working on the success of the global market together with your team of Sales and Account Managers. In addition, you will have a chance to work with our Creative Campaign, Streamer Success, and Product teams to prove to our clients that inStreamly is the leader and expert in the industry.
