For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Miejsce pracy: Poznań
Duties:
- Contact potential clients by following up on incoming leads and making cold calls/emails
Find key decision-makers and spark interest in new clients
Help create training materials and work instructions
Build good relationships with clients to gain their trust and loyalty
Communicate with internal and external teams through email, phone, and CRM tools
Work well with different teams across the company
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BPO company
- Very good French (C1) and good English (B1)
Basic knowledge of supply chain management
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
Experience with ERP systems and good skills in MS Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time well
Comfortable making a lot of calls daily
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Works well with different teams
Basic understanding of KPIs and SLAs
