We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our global team in the role of IKP Support Engineer (SRE) at Hybrid Integration Platform. Hybrid Integration Platform is one of the platforms that constitutes The Enterprise Infrastructure Area within IT function. The function powers the platforms that enable our internal clients to operate efficiently, securely, and with insight to accelerate the internal customer journey, increase service agility, and improve resilience. IKP Team provides containerization capabilities to our internal customers around the globe. IKP Support Engineer (SRE) will join the IKP Team to help to build, scale and maintain our IKP infrastructure. The best candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems, automate processes, and troubleshoot issues in production environments around the globe.

,[Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform., Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving IKP infrastructure issues., Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes platform., Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, performance issues, and integration failures. Perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements., Provide 24x7 support as part of an on-call Rota. Weekend support is required., Plan duties and the other administrative tasks for a team in line with Polish Labor Code.
