We are seeking an Internal Controls Process Analyst to strengthen the accuracy, transparency and efficiency of our finance operations. This role is key to monitoring post-month-end activities, analyzing data for leadership reporting and ensuring high-quality outputs from the Shared Services Center (SSC). The analyst will also play a pivotal role during our SSC transition and stabilization, helping to build standardized processes and global consistency.

Responsibilities:
Review consolidated results, FX exposures and intercompany reconciliations after month-end close
Track and report KPIs (A/R, A/P, cash flow, margins), providing insights for leadership decisions
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; draft and maintain standardized policies and procedures
Evaluate SSC outputs (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) for accuracy, timeliness and completeness
Support SSC transition by monitoring KPIs, harmonizing the Chart of Accounts and ensuring IFRS compliance
Collaborate with SSC teams, local accountants and group finance to resolve discrepancies and enhance efficiency
Contribute to automation and performance-tracking tool implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
5+ years' experience in accounting, consolidation or financial analysis, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment
Previous exposure to Chart of Accounts harmonization, process design and policy creation
Hands-on experience with SAP
Track record of working with large data sets and producing clear, actionable insights
