About Our Client

Job Description

• Develop and implement internal control frameworks to ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps in business processes.
• Design and execute control tests and risk mitigation plans, documenting results and suggesting improvements.
• Work with departments to raise awareness of internal control procedures and policies.
• Lead or assist in improvement projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of internal controls and risk measures to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support ERP system evaluations to ensure integration of controls and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver reports on internal controls and risk management to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
• Solid experience in internal controls, risk management, and/or audit, preferably in a multinational or Shared Services setting.
• In-depth knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management practices.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, SOX).
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English.
