Job Title: Intermediate Representative Hedge Fund Accounting

Position type: 18 Months of Contract

Location: Wroclaw, Poland

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure NAVs are issued to all relevant parties in accordance with reporting requirements
2. Ensure all cash and holdings reconciliations are completed in accordance with agreed timetables and procedures
3. Liaise with custodians to resolve any reconciliation issues
4. Prepare fee schedules on a timely basis
5. Liaise with investment managers to ensure efficient flow of information as required
6. Liaise with clients on operational issues
7. Complete statutory returns

Qualifications:

1. BA or MA degree
2. Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
3. Some knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
4. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office). Knowledge of VBA would be a significant advantage.
5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
6. Analytical and numeracy skills
7. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Good problem solving and decision making
9. Flexible with regards to working in a changing environment and the ability to adjust to new work structures, processes, and requirements as necessary.
10. Communication skills.
11. Organisational and planning skills.
