As an Intermediate Application Developer based in Warsaw, you will join a diverse community and work as a member of one of our cross-functional agile scrum teams responsible for the development of DeltaV applications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Create, modify, and fix DeltaV modules adhering to requirements, standards, and specifications while employing best practices to develop high-quality code.
2. Debug and validate software issues in both unreleased products and those encountered by customers in supported DeltaV versions.
3. Write automated unit and system-level tests to enhance our automation pipeline and ensure a release-ready product.
4. Foster a creative atmosphere by reviewing and providing detailed feedback on peers design and code.
5. Participate in agile activities like sprint planning and retrospectives.

Who You Are:

You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation or a related engineering field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience developing applications using C/C++ and .NET.
3. Experience working with an existing code base using Git.
4. Experience developing applications in a MS Windows environment.
5. Polish and English language proficiency (at least B level).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

1. Experience with DeltaV or other Distributed Control Systems.
2. Proficiency with virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware).
3. Experience working in an Agile Scrum Team.
