Role Overview:

As a Mid-Weight Interior Designer, you will manage various aspects of our projects, from initial concept to completion. The role demands a proactive and organised approach to simultaneously handle diverse tasks across multiple projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. A degree or diploma in Interior Design with 2 years of post-graduate experience.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
3. Extensive technical knowledge of interior design and materiality.
4. Strong organisational skills for effective project management.

Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision: Show flair in creative concept generation with keen attention to scale, balance, and colour.
2. Technical Expertise: Possess great knowledge of Interior Architecture & Design. Ability to produce detailed and accurate presentation in InDesign/Photoshop, CAD plans, sections, elevations, and specifications schedules.
3. Knowledge and Research: Maintain an excellent understanding of suppliers, recent design trends, and materials, including lighting ranges.
4. Presentation Skills: Develop eye-catching digital and physical mood boards.
5. Space Planning: Conduct space planning to select appropriate furniture and materials.
6. Detail-Oriented: Produce comprehensive materials lists, detailed joinery, kitchen and bathroom plans, demonstrating a good understanding of necessary clearances and practical considerations.
7. On-Site Management: Attend site visits, meeting the design team, suppliers, and contractors.
8. Teamwork and Leadership: Inspire and integrate new ideas within the team, supporting both senior and junior designers.
9. Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
